RRP / MAP control
See who sells below your recommended price — with the evidence attached.
Helecos watches every dealer, marketplace seller and retailer that lists your products and reports, on each scheduled check, who is selling below your recommended price — with the seller name, the URL, the size of the deviation and a timestamped screenshot. What you do with that is your commercial decision; we supply the evidence.
Why a price policy stops working
A policy nobody measures is a suggestion.
- One discount sets the new reference. A single seller drops the price, the aggregators pick it up, and within days your other dealers ask for the same terms — or match it themselves.
- Nobody can prove it by hand. A screenshot in a chat is not evidence: no timestamp, no URL, no history, and it is gone by the time the conversation with the dealer happens.
- Repeat deviations are hard to prioritise. Without duration, depth and frequency, the team chases one-off promotions and misses the seller who has been 12% under for two months.
- Cross-border leakage. Stock priced for one country reappears in another market and undercuts the local RRP by the shipping difference.
- Promo season buries the signal. An approved campaign and an unapproved deviation look identical in a price list — the difference is the start and end dates nobody has to hand.
How Helecos makes a price policy measurable
-
Recommended-price deviation alerts
Set the recommended price per SKU per market and get alerted on the next scheduled check when a listing sits below it — not at the end of the month. -
Screenshot evidence with a timestamp
Every deviation is stored with seller, URL, price, currency and a rendered screenshot, so the conversation with the dealer starts from a fact. -
Every storefront in one view
Marketplace sellers, dealer shops and independent resellers tracked side by side, so a repeat deviation is visible as a pattern rather than a one-off screenshot. -
Deviation reporting per dealer
Share of checks below the recommended price, average depth and how long it lasted, per dealer and per market — the numbers a channel manager needs before a quarterly review.
Transparent pricing
One pricing for all verticals.
Start with 100 daily SKUs from €25/mo. Brands running RRP control across a dealer network typically use Standard (€179, 4,000 daily SKUs across 20 competitor sites) or Extended (€349, 10,000 daily SKUs across 30 sites). Custom plans cover multi-country policies with different RRP per market.
