Comparison

Helecos vs Prisync: which price monitoring fits your catalogue?

Both track competitor prices; they charge for different things. Prisync sells tiers by the number of products you track — URL-based Professional is $99 a month for up to 100 products. Helecos sells checkups: one check of one product on one source, from EUR 25 a month for 3 000 of them. Which works out lower depends entirely on how many products you watch and how often, so the table below states both models rather than declaring a winner. One difference is not about price: Helecos stores screenshot evidence with every deviation, and Helecos never changes your prices.

The difference that is not a price

A checkup is proof, not a number in a dashboard

Helecos is built around the checkup: one product, one source, one moment in time, stored with the seller, the URL, the price, the currency and a timestamped screenshot. That is what turns "someone is underpricing us" into a conversation a dealer cannot wave away.

Prisync’s public pages describe price tracking, marketplace tracking and MAP monitoring from the Premium tier upwards, but they do not describe screenshot evidence. We say that carefully: their pages are silent on it, which is not the same as saying the product has none — check with them if it matters to you.

The second difference is a boundary rather than a feature. Prisync offers a Dynamic Pricing Engine that adjusts prices from competitor data. Helecos does not do that and will not: it reports and evidences, and the decision to move a price stays with the person accountable for the margin.

Honestly

Where each one is stronger

Where Helecos is stronger

  • Pricing is published, all of it Every tier and its checkup volume is on the pricing page. You can size the plan before you talk to anyone.
  • Evidence attached to every deviation Seller, URL, price, currency and a timestamped screenshot, kept as history rather than as a notification you scrolled past.
  • Ukraine and the EU in one account Ukrainian marketplaces and EU retail in the same project, which matters if your market spans both.
  • Four interface languages EN, RU, UK and ES, so the person doing the daily work reads their own language.

Where Prisync is stronger

  • They reprice; we do not Prisync’s Dynamic Pricing Engine moves prices from competitor data. If you want the tool itself to act, that is theirs and not ours.
  • Three updates a day on every tier Their published tiers refresh three times daily on the URL-based line-up. Ours depends on the checkup volume you buy.
  • A simpler unit to reason about "Up to 1 000 products" is easier to picture than a checkup budget, especially before you know your own check frequency.
  • They describe worldwide coverage Their pages claim any country or market vertical. Ours states Ukraine, the EU and international sources.

Questions people actually ask

  • Is Helecos a Prisync alternative?
For competitor price and MAP/RRP monitoring, yes — both do that. If what you need is a tool that changes your prices automatically, Prisync has a Dynamic Pricing Engine and Helecos deliberately does not.
  • How is per-checkup pricing different from per-product?
Prisync charges for how many products you track. Helecos charges for how many checks you consume — one product on one source, once. A thousand products checked weekly and a hundred checked hourly are very different amounts of work, and the checkup model prices that difference instead of averaging it.
  • Does Helecos change my prices?
No. It reports deviations and stores the evidence. Moving a price is a commercial decision and stays with you.
  • Does Helecos cover Ukraine?
Yes — Ukrainian sources and EU retail in the same account, plus international sources.
  • Can I try it without a card?
Yes. Sign-up gives 3 000 checks valid for 30 days and asks for no card.
