Comparison

Helecos vs Minderest: which one can you evaluate without a sales call?

Both monitor competitor prices and both track deviations from the RRP, so the feature lists look alike. The practical difference on day one is what you can find out on your own: every Helecos plan price is published, from EUR 25 a month for 3 000 checkups, while Minderest publishes no figure for any plan and starts with a demo. Two more differences are ours to state — every deviation is stored with a timestamped screenshot, and Helecos never changes your prices, while their Reactev product automates them from demand elasticity.

Side by side

What each one charges for, and what each one does

What to compare Helecos Minderest
Pricing model Per checkup — a check of one product on one source. You buy volume, not a seat count. Quoted per catalogue after a demo; the site does not publish a plan table.
Different units: their limit counts products, ours counts checks. Which works out cheaper depends on how many products you watch and how often.
Entry plan Starter — EUR 25 per month, 3 000 checkups On request.
Prices published Yes — every tier is listed on the pricing page. No figure is published for any plan.
Free start 3 000 checks free for 30 days, no card required. The site offers a demo; it does not state whether a free trial exists.
MAP / RRP monitoring Yes — deviation alerts per SKU and per market. Monitoring of recommended prices for brands and manufacturers, including deviations from the RRP.
Screenshot evidence Yes — each deviation is stored with seller, URL, price and a timestamped screenshot. Their public pages do not state whether violations are stored with screenshot evidence.
Marketplace monitoring Yes — 50+ marketplaces, aggregators and Google Shopping. Marketplace seller tracking, including spotting unauthorised sellers.
API Included in every plan, at no extra charge. An API for feeding pricing data into a BI tool.
Automatic repricing No — Helecos does not change your prices. It reports and evidences; the pricing decision stays yours. Reactev, their pricing product, automates prices from demand elasticity and market positioning.
If you want the tool itself to move your prices, they cover that and we do not.
Geography Ukraine and the EU, plus international sources. States 180+ global markets and monitoring in any country, language or currency.
Interface languages EN, RU, UK, ES. Their public pages do not state which interface languages are offered.

The difference that shows up first

RRP is not the argument here — evidence and an open price are

Minderest describe RRP monitoring for brands and manufacturers on their own pages, including deviations from the recommended price and unauthorised sellers on marketplaces. That is the same job we do, the table says yes on both sides, and pretending otherwise would be a comparison you could disprove in a click.

The first real difference is what you can learn unaided. Every Helecos tier and its checkup volume is on the pricing page: you can work out which plan fits a catalogue of 4 000 SKUs checked daily without filling in a form. Their pages publish no figure for any plan, so the same question needs a conversation first.

The second is what a deviation leaves behind. Helecos stores each one with the seller, the URL, the price, the currency and a timestamped screenshot — the thing a distributor conversation actually needs. Their public pages do not state whether violations are kept with screenshot evidence. Their pages are silent on it, which is not the same as saying the product has none; ask them if it matters to you.

The third is a boundary we chose. Reactev, their pricing product, automates prices from demand elasticity and market positioning. Helecos does not do that and will not: it reports and evidences, and the decision to move a price stays with the person accountable for the margin.

Honestly

Where each one is stronger

Where Helecos is stronger

  • Pricing is published, all of it Every tier and its checkup volume is on the pricing page, so the plan can be sized before any conversation.
  • You can start without talking to anyone 3 000 checks free for 30 days, no card and no call. Their route in is a demo.
  • Evidence attached to every deviation Seller, URL, price, currency and a timestamped screenshot, kept as history rather than as a notification you scrolled past.
  • Ukraine and the EU in one account Ukrainian marketplaces and EU retail in the same project, which matters if your market spans both.

Where Minderest is stronger

  • They reprice; we do not Reactev automates prices from demand elasticity and market positioning. If you want the tool to decide, that is theirs and not ours.
  • A far wider stated market list They state 180+ global markets and monitoring in any country, language or currency. We state Ukraine, the EU and international sources.
  • Stock and promotions, not only price Their pages describe catalogue, promotion and stock tracking, including stockouts. Our subject is price and its evidence.
  • Longer in the market They have been doing this for longer, with the brand reference base that comes with it.

Questions people actually ask

  • Is Helecos a Minderest alternative?
For competitor price and MAP/RRP monitoring with evidence, yes — both do that. If you want the tool to set your prices, Minderest has Reactev and Helecos deliberately does not.
  • How much does Minderest cost?
Their pages publish no figure for any plan and route you to a demo. Ours is on the page, from EUR 25 a month for 3 000 checkups.
  • Does Minderest store screenshot evidence?
Their public pages do not state it. That is silence on a page, not an absence in a product — ask them if evidence is why you are buying.
  • Does Helecos change my prices?
No. It reports deviations and stores the evidence. Moving a price is a commercial decision and stays with you.
  • Can I try it without a card?
Yes. Sign-up gives 3 000 checks valid for 30 days and asks for no card.
