The difference that is left
Frequency is the thing you cannot buy by the product
Evidence is not the argument on this page, and neither is an open price list. Price Control advertise screenshots of violations as an evidence base and publish every plan price on their own site. Both of those are real, the table says yes on both sides, and claiming them here would be a comparison you could disprove in one click.
The difference is the unit, and it is a difference about time. Their plans count product URLs — one product page on one monitored site — and their published plans list a once-a-day schedule. That is a clean model when a daily picture is what you need.
A checkup counts differently: one product, one source, once. Forty SKUs where a dealer keeps testing the floor, checked every hour, is roughly the same amount of work as a thousand SKUs checked weekly — and on the checkup model you can buy the first without paying for the second. That is the case the two models price differently, and it is the case where a daily average hides the thing you were watching for.
Two smaller differences are worth stating plainly. Helecos does not change your prices: Price Control offers dynamic pricing with automatic repricing around the clock, and if you want the tool to act, that is theirs. And our coverage is stated as Ukraine, the EU and international sources in one account; their public pages do not state a country list, so if EU retail is part of your market, ask them what it covers.

Is Helecos a Price Control alternative?
For competitor price and RRP monitoring with evidence, yes — both do that, and both publish their prices. The choice is between paying by product URL on a daily schedule and paying by checkup, where you decide the frequency. -
Which one costs less?
We will not answer that, because the units differ: their limit counts product URLs, ours counts checks. START is USD 119 a month for up to 2 000 product URLs, checked once a day; ours starts at EUR 25 for 3 000 checkups. Work out how often your catalogue really needs checking and the arithmetic is yours to do. -
