Comparison

Helecos vs Dealavo: which price monitoring fits your markets?

Dealavo is built around the marketplaces a Polish catalogue lives on — their pages name Allegro, Ceneo, idealo, Amazon and Google Shopping across 30+ markets — and they quote a price after a demo, with no figure published for any plan. Helecos publishes every tier, from EUR 25 a month for 3 000 checkups, stores a timestamped screenshot with every deviation, and never changes your prices. Their unit is a monitored product, ours is a checkup, so the table states both models rather than declaring a winner.

What each one charges for, and what each one does

The difference that shows up first

What you can find out before you talk to anyone

Start with what is not in dispute. Dealavo names the Polish sources by name — Allegro, Ceneo, idealo — and states 30+ markets including the DACH region and Scandinavia. If your catalogue lives on Allegro and Ceneo, that is a real reason to talk to them, and the table says so.

What differs on day one is what you can learn unaided. Every Helecos tier and its checkup volume is on the pricing page: you can work out which plan fits 4 000 SKUs checked daily without filling in a form. Their pages publish no figure for any plan, so the same question starts with a demo.

The second difference is what a deviation leaves behind. Helecos stores each one with the seller, the URL, the price, the currency and a timestamped screenshot — a history rather than an alert. Their public pages describe brand protection and reducing MAP violations, but do not state whether violations are kept with screenshot evidence. We put that carefully: their pages are silent, which is not the same as saying the product has none.

And there is a boundary we chose. Dealavo offers AI-powered automatic repricing. Helecos does not and will not: it reports and evidences, and the decision to move a price stays with the person accountable for the margin.

Honestly

Where each one is stronger

Where Helecos is stronger

  • Pricing is published, all of it Every tier and its checkup volume is on the pricing page, so the plan can be sized before any conversation.
  • Evidence attached to every deviation Seller, URL, price, currency and a timestamped screenshot, kept as history rather than as a notification you scrolled past.
  • Paid by checkups, not by product count You buy the work actually done — product, source, once — instead of a headcount of SKUs regardless of frequency.
  • Ukraine and the EU in one account Ukrainian marketplaces and EU retail in the same project, which matters if your market spans both.

Where Dealavo is stronger

  • They name the Polish sources Allegro, Ceneo and idealo are on their own pages. If those decide your catalogue, ask us to confirm coverage before you buy — or ask them.
  • They reprice; we do not AI-powered automatic repricing is theirs. If you want the tool to move prices for you, that is not us.
  • A wider stated market list They state 30+ markets, naming the DACH region, the UK and Scandinavia. We state Ukraine, the EU and international sources.
  • A German interface Their site offers EN, PL and DE. Ours is EN, RU, UK and ES — no German.

Questions people actually ask

  • Is Helecos a Dealavo alternative?
For competitor price and MAP/RRP monitoring with evidence, yes. If what you need is automatic repricing, Dealavo does that and Helecos deliberately does not.
  • Do you cover Allegro and Ceneo?
We publish coverage of 50+ marketplaces, aggregators and Google Shopping across Ukraine, the EU and international sources, and we do not claim a named Polish source list the way Dealavo does. If a specific source decides it for you, ask us first — the 3 000 free checks exist to test exactly that.
  • How much does Dealavo cost?
Their pages publish no figure for any plan and route you to a demo. Ours is on the page, from EUR 25 a month for 3 000 checkups.
  • Does Helecos change my prices?
No. It reports deviations and stores the evidence. Moving a price is a commercial decision and stays with you.
  • Can I try it without a card?
Yes. Sign-up gives 3 000 checks valid for 30 days and asks for no card.
